What should be included with the objection?

You should give us all information you think is relevant to the proper investigation of your objection, including such things as the original parking ticket (or certified copy); photos and drawings; and statutory declarations or affidavits from witnesses.

What we will do with your objection

The Review Manager will fully investigate your objection and may need further information from you.
If your objection is valid, then we will tell you in writing that the fee is no longer payable and no further action will be taken.
If your objection is not valid, we will confirm in writing that the fee requires payment. If payment is not then made we will take legal action to recover the fee and costs. We will take no legal action until your objection is finalised.

Who was the driver?

One of the most frequent objections we receive is a complaint that the car registered in your name was not driven by you, but by someone else.
If you cannot resolve this issue with the driver of the vehicle, the alternative is to complete a stat dec form (see below).

You can complete and return a sworn Statutory Declaration stating that you were not the driver of the vehicle at the time and identify to us the name and address of the person who was driving your car. To download a Statutory Declaration form, right click here and select "Save As"

Privacy Statement – important

As part of the objection process, you are being asked to give us personal information about your objection. With this information we can investigate and determine its validity. Giving us this information is voluntary; without this complete information, your objection may not be processed for consideration.
